Meteorologist Spotlights Havre de Grace
Justin Berk gave a shout-out to the city on the Susquehanna.

Havre de Grace came to the attention of a well-known local meteorologist this week.
According to weatherman Justin Berk, a photograph of Havre de Grace from Jeff Perkins was a bright spot in an otherwise dreary day.
"Here are some cool wave clouds seen over Havre de Grace yesterday afternoon," Berk said on Jan. 14. "Much better than today—just gray!"
Wave clouds form when dense air collides with less dense, faster-moving air, which tugs the dense air, creating what looks like a wave, according to the Huffington Post.

In addition to the camera, hold onto that umbrella; the drizzle isn't over. Precipitation was expected to continue in Havre de Grace until Wednesday night.
On Tuesday, rain should taper off around 4 p.m., according to the National Weather Service. On Wednesday, there was a 40 percent chance of rain after 1 p.m., with snow possible before 1 a.m. Thursday, according to the forecast.
