Michael William Ware, 56, of Havre de Grace

Michael William Ware, of Havre de Grace, formerly of Oceanport, N.J., passed away on May 25, 2016. He was 56.

Mr. Ware was born in Washington, D.C., to the late William Benjamin Ware and Stella E. Pietrowski Ware. He was the brother of Steven Ware of Long Branch, NJ, Melanie Fikes of Houston, TX, Duang McCray of Edgewood, MD, and Michele Ware of Eatontown, N.J.

Mr. Ware was a graduate of Shore Regional High School. He then received his college degrees from LSU and Alabama University. He served in the U.S. Army in Operation Just Cause and Desert Storm. Mr. Ware worked at Perry Point VAMC for over20 years. His passion was theatre and acting, most recently with Charm City Players and Memorial Players.

Services will be held on Thursday, June 2, 2016, at 11 a.m., at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 S. Washington Street, Havre de Grace, MD. Frank McFadden will officiate. Interment will be held at Baker Cemetery.
