Granted a night off by Theresa and Deward Ray, the owners at , Jeff, 29, had no plans for Valentine's Day. So the staff at the cupcake shop on Route 40 stepped up and organized a raffle of the most eligible crepe-making bachelor in town.

Women can visit the shop, make a $1 donation and enter for a date with Jeff on Valentine's Day. Not just any date, either—dinner at . Leftover proceeds will go to the Humane Society of Harford County. After all, Jeff loves pets.
