The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. It is fully furnished and decorated. Great for smaller law, accounting, insurance, tech, graphic arts, design firms, etc, and will work for 4 to 7 people. The Havre de Grace Police Department will be conducting a training exercise near city hall that will impact both pedestrians and drivers. The training exercise on Pennington Avenue is slated to start around 5 p.m. on Wednesday. Pennington Avenue will be closed from North Juniata Street to North Adams Street, with neither pedestrians nor vehicles allowed to pass through the area. There will be parking restrictions in place as well, according to an announcement from the Havre de Grace Police Department. The training exercise will take place in and around Havre de Grace City Hall and the Havre de Grace Police Department at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 15.
