CrossFit Havre de Grace is sponsoring the race, as part of the War of 1812 bicentennial weekend.

From the Pirate 5K to the Bunny Run, Havre de Grace hosts a bevy of races, and now one more has joined the list.

CrossFit Havre de Grace is co-sponsoring the 5K Redcoat Run, according to the race registration page, which states: "Come out and run with CrossFit Havre de Grace and the Rotary Club as we remember this event, 200 years later."
