Register Now For 2026 Susquehanna River Running Festival

Runners can participate in the half marathon, 10K or 5K walk/run this week for the 2026 Susquehanna River Running Festival.

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — There's still time to register for the ASICS Susquehanna River Running Festival this weekend.

Presented by the University of Maryland Medical System and organized by Charm City Run Events in conjunction with the Albert Cesky Scholarship Fund, the route takes runners in the half marathon and 10K across the Hatem Bridge. The event also offers a 5K.

The half marathon starts at 8 a.m. with a 14 minute per mile pace. The starting line is at Union Avenue in Havre de Grace and the finish line is Millard Tydings Memorial Park. Runners will travel through Perryville and enjoy waterfront views of the Susquehanna River. There will be pace groups available for the half marathon.

The 10K run starts at 8:15 a.m. and also has a 14 minute per mile pace. It starts at the Perry Point VA Medical Center in Perryville, then ends at the Millar Tydings Memorial Park in Havre de Grace. All runners must take a bus from the the park to the start line in Perryville.

The 5K run/walk starts at 8:10 a.m. and allows for a 24:08 minute per mile pace. It starts at Union Avenue in Havre de Grace and also ends at Millard Tydings Memorial Park. Runners will enjoy the sights of historic Havre de Grace and a flat route. Jogging strollers are allowed only in this event.

All runners can enjoy a waterfront post-party with live music and local vendors.

There also is a virtual race option for all three events.
