The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. It is fully furnished and decorated. Great for smaller law, accounting, insurance, tech, graphic arts, design firms, etc, and will work for 4 to 7 people. HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — A driver was rescued from a single-vehicle crash on MD 155 Thursday morning in Havre de Grace, according to the Susquehanna Hose Company. Crews said that the crash occurred between along Superior Street between Ohio and Elizabeth streets. After taking the windshield off the vehicle, the Susquehanna Hose Company reported its members were able to free the driver from the wreck. The driver was taken by the Havre de Grace Ambulance Corps for treatment of injuries that were not believed to be life-threatening, according to the hose company. The Susquehanna Hose Company freed the driver Thursday morning from a vehicle that flipped onto its side on Route 155.
