Rescue On Route 155 Required Windshield Removal: Susquehanna Hose

The Susquehanna Hose Company freed the driver Thursday morning from a vehicle that flipped onto its side on Route 155.

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — A driver was rescued from a single-vehicle crash on MD 155 Thursday morning in Havre de Grace, according to the Susquehanna Hose Company. Crews said that the crash occurred between along Superior Street between Ohio and Elizabeth streets.

After taking the windshield off the vehicle, the Susquehanna Hose Company reported its members were able to free the driver from the wreck.

The driver was taken by the Havre de Grace Ambulance Corps for treatment of injuries that were not believed to be life-threatening, according to the hose company.

The collision reportedly occurred around 7 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 13.
