Revolution Street Fire Response Sparked By Smoke: Officials
Smoke in Havre de Grace drew firefighters from the Susquehanna Hose Company and two other fire companies Saturday, officials said.

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — An emergency response in Havre de Grace Saturday night was sparked by cooking, officials said. Nobody was injured, according to the Susquehanna Hose Company.
Before 7:40 p.m., firefighters were called to the 100 block of Revolution Street, where smoke was reportedly coming from an apartment.
Officials said crews from the Susquehanna Hose Company, the Level Volunteer Fire Company and Aberdeen Fire Department investigated and found that food had burned in a fifth-floor apartment, causing the smoke.
