Ruth Ann Venzke Einhorn, 69, of Bel Air

Ruth Ann Venzke Einhorn, 69, of Bel Air, passed away on Jan. 2, 2017, at her home in English Country Manor. Born in Havre de Grace, she was the daughter of Ellen Jean (Thompson) Sherman and the late John Venzke. A 1966 graduate of Bel Air High School, she was a Deacon, a Stephen Minister and a member of the choir at Trinity Lutheran Church in Joppa.

Mrs. Einhorn is survived by her husband Philip Einhorn, who is a Bel Air Town Commissioner; children Tony Cochran and wife Mary, Ricky Cochran and wife Debbie, Eric Einhorn and Kathy Mende, Renata Wilson and husband Rob, Harry Einhorn and wife Ann, Samantha Emminizer and husband John; and sister Lois K. Bolling. Sister Ema Jean Venzke preceded her in death. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Visitation will be at Trinity Lutheran Church, 1100 Philadelphia Road, Joppa, on Saturday, Jan. 14, at 10 a.m. followed by the service at 11 a.m., interment at the church cemetery and lunch.

Rev. Paul E. Austin will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Tony Cochran, Ricky Cochran, Eric Einhorn, Harry Einhorn, Jesse Bane and Charles Moore.

Contributions in lieu of flowers can be made to Trinity Lutheran Church for the food pantry.
