Samuel Norman Giambalvo, 17, of Aberdeen Proving Ground, died Sunday, Oct. 2, at the University of Maryland Medical Center.
Sam was a very loving and caring young man who will be missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his parents, Thomas Giambalvo and Aimee Giambalvo; and his brothers David Lang, Aaron Giambalvo and Jason Giambalvo.

Sam is also survived by his grandparents Sharon Heinzinger as well as Philip and Sue Giambalvo and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Oct. 15 from 1-4 p.m. at the Havre de Grace Community Center, 100 Lagaret Lane, Havre de Grace.

An informal celebration will be held on Sunday, Oct. 16, at 5 p.m. until whenever at Concord Point Coffee, 217 North Washington Avenue, Havre de Grace, MD 21078.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Extreme Family Outreach Ministries.
