Police said officers were called to Washington Street to assist emergency medical services personnel.A 61-year-old man was found with gunshot wounds in the 200 block of North Washington Street at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 11, police said.He was taken to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, police said, and detectives remained at the scene investigating Sunday afternoon. Police said this appears to be an isolated incident, and there is no threat to the public. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Havre de Grace Police Department at 410-939-2121.
