A man was in serious condition after falling approximately 20 feet into a concrete culvert Thursday morning, according to Harford County officials. At 8:19 a.m., first responders were notified that a person was trapped in a confined space in the 1200 block of Chelsea Road, the <a href="http://hcvfa.org/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">Harford County Volunteer Fire &amp; EMS Association</a> reported. The incident occurred at the <a href="http://www.harfordcountymd.gov/dpw/ws/Newsletter/volume5.html" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">Sod Run Wastewater Treatment Plant</a>, the report said, and the <a href="http://www.aberdeenfd.org/news/index/layoutfile/home" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">A</a><a href="http://www.aberdeenfd.org/news/index/layoutfile/home" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">berdeen Fire Department</a> and Harford County Technical Rescue Team responded to help get the man out. By 9:21 a.m., the man was released and taken by helicopter to a regional trauma center, where he was in serious condition, according to the report. The <a href="http://www.dllr.state.md.us/labor/mosh/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">Maryland Occupational Safety Health Administration</a> and <a href="http://www.harfordsheriff.org/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">Harford County Sheriff's Office</a> were investigating, the report said.
