The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! Havre de Grace took down Patterson Mill, 4-2, Monday afternoon in what the Warriors coaches described as a great defensive game. Hayley Kitts threw a complete game for Havre de Grace, scattering 10 hits while striking out five and walking only two. Tori Caine gave the offense a jolt with a triple and a run scored.  Havre de Grace improved to 7-3 overall and 6-2 in UCBAC Susquehanna Division play. Patterson Mill is now 4-7 overall and 4-5 in the division.
