We have private offices on the main floor that rent from $500 to $700 per month, suitable for 1, 2 or 3 people, depending on office size. The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. The Warriors softball team used a five-run fifth inning to pull ahead in a 14-3 win against neighboring Aberdeen Wednesday. Havre de Grace improved to 9-3 overall and 7-2 in the Susquehanna Division. Aberdeen is now 3-7 overall, and 3-6 in the Susquehanna Division. The Warriors had 12 hits, and Hayley Kitts scattered seven hits and one walk in seven innings pitched. She struck out three. Stephanie Pollack was 3-for-4 with three runs scored. Dana Teufer was 2-for-3 with a double, two RBIs and a run scored. Riley Arnold and Tori Caine both drove in three runs and scored two more. Megan Thompson had a triple and two runs scored. Kelsey McRoberts drove in two runs. Aberdeen jumped out to a two-run lead in the bottom of the first before the Warriors scored twice in the second and third innings, five times in the fourth, twice in the fifth and three more times in the seventh.
