We have private offices on the main floor that rent from $500 to $700 per month, suitable for 1, 2 or 3 people, depending on office size. The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. Tori Caine homered twice Thursday to drive the Warriors' offense, but it was small ball that won the game for Havre de Grace in the bottom of the seventh. After Emily Lewis singled, Sarah Scott laid down a bunt single, and Alison Lewis put down a sacrifice bunt to advance both runners. Kelsey McRoberts laid down another bunt for a 4-3 win against division champions Bo Manor. Caine homered twice, and Stefanie Pollack stole third base, forcing an error to score one of the Warriors' first three runs. Bo Manor scored in the top of the first, and Havre de Grace answered in the bottom of the frame. The Eagles scored twice in the top of the third and Havre de Grace scored single runs in the fourth and fifth while holding Bo Manor quiet for the rest of the game. The Warriors are 11-5 overall and 9-4 in the Susquehanna Division. Bo Manor is 13-4 and 12-2 in the Susquehanna Division. Bo Manor will play Chesapeake Division champions Rising Sun for the UCBAC championship game May 9 at Rising Sun. The MPSSAA tournament draw for softball will be held May 10.
