Spring Rabies Clinic Schedules Released For Harford Co. Pet Owners

Harford Co. pet owners can register now for the annual spring community rabies clinics for dogs, cats and ferrets.

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — The annual spring community rabies vaccination clinics for dogs, cats and ferrets has been scheduled for April 26 and May 3 for Harford County pets.

All participating pets must be at least three months of age to participate. Owners must schedule an appointment online ahead of time; walk-in patients will not be seen, organizers said.

Dogs must be on a leash and cats and ferrets should be in cages. No other animals will be vaccinated, the Harford County Health Department stated.

The rabies vaccination clinics run from noon to 4 p.m. at a cost of $10 per animal. Cash or check will be accepted at the clinic.

  • Sunday, May 3, noon to 4 p.m., Aberdeen Fire Department – 21 N. Rogers Street, Aberdeen
  • Sunday, May 3, noon to 4 p.m., Jarrettsville Volunteer Fire Company – 3825 Federal Hill Road, Jarrettsville
