Around Havre de Grace, many local leagues and programs are opening registration for the season.

First, the Harford County Parks and Recreation Department offers an array of seasonal leagues, classes and recreation programs for residents of all ages. Be sure and check them out.

Youth Sports

Families in Havre de Grace have several options when it comes to youth sports leagues and programs throughout the year. The Harford County Parks and Recreation Department offers numerous youth sports leagues, teen opportunities and special programs for homeschoolers.

Harford Sports Performance Center offers leagues for soccer, baseball, softball and lacrosse for boys and girls.

The Arena Club offers a high school trampoline dodgeball league for four weeks in the spring.

The Ward Y in Abingdon offers athletic opportunities for all ages, too, including swim team, preschool-aged and school-aged ballet class, martial arts for all ages, and youth baseball, soccer, basketball and sports mix.

The Havre de Grace Recreation Committee offers assorted youth athletic programs including football, basketball, cheerleading, dance, field hockey, football, boys and girls lacrosse, soccer and wrestling.

Established in 1948, the Havre de Grace Little League provides youth T-ball, baseball and softball programs for ages 4-16.

The Susquehanna Football Club is a club program playing in CMSA and EDP leagues.

Harford Cheerleading offers competitive performance rec cheerleading and training for athletes of all ages, from toddlers to college level.

Since 2016, the Havre de Grace Youth Sailing Program has offered sailing instruction for students between seven and 17 years of age.

Adult Leagues & Recreational Sports

PlayAction Sports & Social Club has a location in Bel Air with dodgeball, kickball, football, volleyball, cornhole and yoga.
