The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. It is fully furnished and decorated. Great for smaller law, accounting, insurance, tech, graphic arts, design firms, etc, and will work for 4 to 7 people. Arrests do not indicate convictions.A man and woman were involved in a domestic disturbance in the 200 block of Alliance Street. The argument occurred at 7:15 p.m. on May 14. Both were referred to the commissioner.A box containing tennis balls was stolen from the 100 block of Deputed Testamony Place. The theft was reported at 7:22 p.m. on May 13. Estimated loss was $25.Two juveniles stole eggs from a store in the 400 block of Juniata Street. They returned them at 2:50 p.m. on May 13.A burglary was reported 9:15 a.m. on May 13 in the 700 block of Water Street.A burglary was reported at 1:15 a.m. on May 13 in the 400 block of Congress Avenue. It turned out the person was intoxicated and had gone to the wrong house.Two men were fighting over a woman in the 200 block of North Washington Street. The assault occurred at 4:27 p.m. on May 11.
