Stolen Tennis Balls, And Eggs: HdG Crime

Police said missing tennis balls, assaults and more crimes were reported in Havre de Grace this week.

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — The Havre de Grace Police Department provided the following information about recent incidents. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

A man and woman were involved in a domestic disturbance in the 200 block of Alliance Street. The argument occurred at 7:15 p.m. on May 14. Both were referred to the commissioner.

A box containing tennis balls was stolen from the 100 block of Deputed Testamony Place. The theft was reported at 7:22 p.m. on May 13. Estimated loss was $25.

Two juveniles stole eggs from a store in the 400 block of Juniata Street. They returned them at 2:50 p.m. on May 13.

A burglary was reported 9:15 a.m. on May 13 in the 700 block of Water Street.

A burglary was reported at 1:15 a.m. on May 13 in the 400 block of Congress Avenue. It turned out the person was intoxicated and had gone to the wrong house.

Two men were fighting over a woman in the 200 block of North Washington Street. The assault occurred at 4:27 p.m. on May 11. Nobody was injured.
