Students Stole from Unlocked Lockers: HdG Crime
The Havre de Grace Police Department provided the following information about recent incidents, including Craigslist deal gone awry.

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD – Two juveniles were charged in connection with the removal of multiple items from lockers in the 700 block of Congress Avenue.
Police said that the duo took $410 worth of items from unlocked lockers.
The students were charged with theft, reported at approximately 10:30 a.m. on April 15.

Other Incidents
A vehicle was vandalized in the 400 block of Fountain Street in what was believed to be a domestic-related crime, reported at approximately 7:15 p.m. on April 18. The victim was referred to the commissioner.

A 30-year-old man was arrested on a warrant from the Harford County Sheriff's Office for first-degree assault and reckless endangerment after 4 p.m. on April 18 in the 500 block of Franklin Street.
An assault was reported in the 700 block of Congress Avenue after 1 p.m. on April 18 involving a juvenile. Nobody was injured.
After a customer sent someone gift cards to pay for a vehicle on Craigslist, the vehicle did not arrive. The theft of $4,500 was reported in 100 block of Oneil Court at approximately 9:30 a.m. on April 18.
A 35-year-old man was cited for destruction of property after police allege he slashed his girlfriend's tire in the 600 block of North Stokes Street before 9 p.m. on April 17.
A domestic assault was reported in the 600 block of Franklin Street just before 5 p.m. on April 17. The victim was referred to the commissioner.
A bike was stolen from the 700 block of Lewis Street, reported at 4:30 p.m. on April 17.
A Comcast modem was stolen from the 900 block of Chesapeake Drive. The theft was reported at 4:22 p.m. on April 16.
A 27-year-old man from the 1700 block of Fountain Rock Way in Edgewood was arrested for traffic charges at 9 p.m. on April 12, including attempting to elude police by failing to stop a vehicle and attempting to elude police by fleeing on foot.
