Teen Injured In Hit-And-Run, HdG Police Seek Damaged Sedan

Police in Havre de Grace released more information about the hit-and-run crash that sent a teen to the hospital.

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — A teen was injured in a hit-and-run crash Friday night in Havre de Grace. Police released more information about the suspect vehicle and the crime, in an update on Saturday.

Authorities said the victim was a 14-year-old. The child was in a vehicle that was struck on Otsego Street at North Adams Street around 10 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 18.

The suspect vehicle is a four-door sedan that took off after the crash, police said. It is described as dark or black in color with heavy damage on the front right side and should have "some kind of windshield obstruction," according to officials.

Officials say they are still looking for the suspect vehicle. Anyone who sees a car matching the description is asked to call the Havre de Grace Police Department at 410-939-2121 or message authorities on social media.
