Teen Missing In Havre de Grace: Police

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — Police have asked for help locating a missing teen in Havre de Grace. She has two black flower tattoos on her right calf, officials say.

Elisabeth Marie Eaton, 17, is also described as 5-feet-1-inch tall and 125 pounds with hazel eyes, brown hair and a scar on her left shoulder blade.
