Press release from the City of Havre de Grace: Temporary Road Closure Scheduled for Monday, Sept. 28, 2020 On Monday, September 28, 2020, between the hours of 8am to 4:00 pm, the Public Works Team will be repairing a fire hydrant at the corner of Bryan Road and Chapel Road. As a result, the west-bound lane of Chapel Road between Bulle Rock Parkway and Blenheim Lane will be closed. Please call the Public Works Operation Center at 410-939-1800 x2100 should you have any questions.
