HAVRE DE GRACE, MD--While Giant Food stores offer convenient services and chain restaurants are plentiful, nothing beats a neighborhood coffee shop or family-owned hardware store.

Unfortunately, sometimes mom and pop can’t keep these shops open for one reason or another.
