Crash on Tydings Bridge Brought I-95 South to Standstill
The collision tied up traffic headed south on Interstate 95 Thursday morning.

(UPDATED at 11:10 a.m.)—A two-vehicle collision on Tydings Bridge caused backups for drivers heading south of Cecil County on Thursday morning for approximately one hour, transportation officials said.
By 11:06 a.m., the Maryland Transportation Authority said that all lanes had reopened but backups remained.
The crash was reported on Interstate 95 south at milepost 91 at approximately 10:04 a.m., according to the Coordinated Highways Action Response Team (CHART).

As of approximately 10:30 a.m., it did not appear that any traffic was getting by on I-95 south, according to traffic cameras. By 10:32 a.m., vehicles were trickling past the collision.
After 11 a.m., the crash had cleared.
