The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! After a gas line was struck near Olive Tree Restaurant Monday afternoon, lane closures were in effect, the <a href="https://twitter.com/AberdeenPD/status/481128408039301120" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">Aberdeen Police Department</a> reported at 1:30 p.m. At approximately 3 p.m., <a href="https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=840445989318605&amp;id=425430580820150" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">Aberdeen police</a> said lane closures would be necessary for a minimum of two to five hours. Southbound Beards Hill Road was shut down between MD Route 22 and KFC, police said. In addition, one northbound lane and the left turn lanes on Beards Hill Road between Super 8 motel and MD Route 22 were closed, according to the report from police.

Police said traffic would be affected on Beards Hill Road.
