Tydings Bridge Crash Snarled Traffic Friday

Northbound traffic was jammed on I-95 at the Tydings Bridge for approximately one hour Friday evening as the result of a collision between Harford and Cecil counties, according to transportation officials.

The single-vehicle crash was reported at 4:37 p.m. on the Tydings Bridge, state transportation officials said.

By 5:40, the Maryland Transportation Authority reported the crash had cleared.

During the cleanup, two lanes on I-95 north were blocked on the bridge. Traffic had been jammed between MD 155 and the Tydings Bridge, according to WNEW.
