Transformer Explodes on Conowingo Road: Official
Power outages impacted thousands in part of Harford County Friday night, according to reports.

A transformer fire led to power outages in northern Harford County, according to emergency personnel.
The Darlington Volunteer Fire Company responded to a transformer explosion in the 4700 block of Conowingo Road before 10 p.m. Friday, officials from the Harford County Volunteer Fire and EMS Association reported.
As of 10:40 p.m., Delmarva Power was reporting that 4,299 customers were without power, and estimated restoration time was 3 a.m. on Saturday. The power went out at 9:43 a.m. on Friday, according to Delmarva.

Drivers should use caution at intersections, as lights may be out.
