When is Trick or Treat in Havre de Grace?

Witches, ghosts, goblins and other creatures may be roaming the streets of Havre de Grace Friday night.
The official “Trick-or-Treat” hours in the city of Havre de Grace are from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 31.
The Harford County Sheriff’s Office put together a YouTube video with Halloween safety tips, including the following:

- Stay in a neighborhood with which you are familiar.
- Walk only in well-lit areas.
- Wear costumes that allow for trick or treaters to see and be seen.
