UPDATE: Tuesday's Closings in HdG, Harford County
Government offices closed up early Tuesday in Harford County.

Government Closings
- Harford County Government will close at noon on Tuesday.
- The Harford County Council meeting scheduled for Tuesday night is canceled.
- Harford Transit buses are not in service Tuesday.
- The City of Havre de Grace offices in City Hall will close at 11 a.m. Tuesday.
- The Havre de Grace City Council will meet at 7 p.m. to vote on moving the agenda items to the first meeting in February.
- Aberdeen Proving Ground's liberal leave policy is in effect.
- Harford County Public Library branches will close at noon Tuesday.
- Liberal leave is in effect for the state of Maryland employees.
- Federal offices in Washington, DC, are closed. Emergency and telework-ready employees required to work must follow their agency's policies, including written telework agreements.
- Cecil County nonessential employees are on liberal leave Tuesday.
- Baltimore County Government is closed until Wednesday.
- Harford County Public Schools employees are on code red. Code red means all schools and offices are closed, daycare and evening activities are canceled and second shift custodians are not on duty. Students are off until Thursday for staff development.
- The John Carroll School is closed
- Harford Day School is closed.
- St. Joan of Arc School is closed.
