Update on Susquehanna Railroad Bridge Project
Team to review plans for replacing bridge between Havre de Grace, Perryville.

Want to know what’s going on with the Susquehanna railroad bridge project?
The city of Havre de Grace invites the community to a briefing with the Susquehanna River Rail Bridge Project Advisory Board and the Havre de Grace Planning Commission.
The March 26 meeting will allow the citizens to review plans for replacing the railroad bridge and give suggestions about the project, an undertaking that could “change the face” of the city, according to the Havre de Grace mayor and city council.

“The Susquehanna River Amtrak Bridge replacement project has the potential to change the face of Havre de Grace and the Town of Perryville in very profound way,” city officials said in a statement Monday.
Residents from Cecil and Harford counties are invited to the open house, where members of the project team will be in attendance. For background, Havre de Grace has provided minutes on its website from the advisory board.

The meeting will be from 6 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, March 26, at the Havre de Grace Community Center, 100 Lagaret Drive.
