Vehicle Fire on I-95 Near Havre de Grace Caused Backups
The crash happened south of MD Route 155 on Thursday, Maryland Transp

A vehicle fire near the Havre de Grace exit on Interstate 95 north resulted in delays on Thursday afternoon, according to the Maryland Transportation Authority.
At 2:40 p.m., the authority reported that a vehicle fire before exit 89/MD Route 155 had caused all lanes on I-95 north to close.
By 3 p.m., the fire had been extinguished and all lanes remained blocked, according to the report.

Backups were approximately 4.5 miles, the authority reported at 3:15 p.m.
At 3:30 p.m., the Maryland Transportation Authority reported that the lanes had reopened but the vehicle cleanup was on the right shoulder. Delays had cleared by 3:40 p.m.
