Water Main Work Underway in Havre de Grace

The city of Havre de Grace is performing water main work in a residential area near Tydings Park that will span Wednesday and Thursday.

Officials issued a notification Wednesday morning that the 600 block of Chesapeake Drive would be affected as water main valve is repaired.

On Thursday, the water main will be replaced and residents will not have water service in the area, Havre de Grace public works reported.

During the repairs on Wednesday, residents may or may not have water, according to public works. There are no health hazards associated with the repairs, public works reports.
