Snow-Related Closures, Delays Around HdG

Havre de Grace City Hall will open at noon on Wednesday. Essential city employees are to  report as scheduled.

Harford County Government is opening at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Liberal leave for county employees is in effect. Essential employees should report to work.

Harford County Public Schools is on "code green" Wednesday, meaning schools and offices are closed; all evening activities are canceled; essential personnel report for duty; daycare is canceled; and no second-shift custodians are on duty. Schools were already closed for students Wednesday for professional development.

Harford County senior centers are closed Wednesday.

Aberdeen Proving Ground is on a four-hour delay on Wednesday. Nonessential employees should report for work four hours later than their usual start time. Essential employees should report on time. Liberal leave is in effect.

Federal government offices are opening two hours late, and employees have the option of unscheduled leave or unscheduled telework.

Harford Community College is opening at noon on Wednesday.

Harford Day School will be closed Wednesday.

The John Carroll School will be closed Wednesday.

Cecil County Public Schools will be closed Wednesday for students. Offices will open at 10 a.m.
