What's Open, Closed in HdG on Martin Luther King Jr. Day 2017

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD – Martin Luther King Jr. Day is Monday, Jan. 16. It's a federal holiday and a holiday for Havre de Grace and Harford County governments. Here is what that means for some services:

Government Offices: Harford County offices and Havre de Grace City Hall will be closed.

Trash: All city curbside collections will shift by one day the remainder of the holiday week. Apartments, condos, gated developments and businesses should check with their providers for any schedule changes. The Harford Waste Disposal Center and the Tollgate Yard trim drop-off facility will be closed.

Libraries: All Harford County Public Library branches are closed Monday.

Schools: Harford County Public Schools and offices are closed on Monday.
