The firm's headquarters and 300 employees will officially move to 6 North Park Drive in Hunt Valley during the second quarter of 2027. It currently operates out of the Sparks area.

KCI Energy Sector President Scott Riddle said in a statement that the agency was based in Hunt Valley for nearly 20 years in the 1990s.

"Our real estate search focused on the northern Baltimore County area because we wanted to minimize disruption to our loyal workforce and are extremely familiar and comfortable with the business environment along the I-83 corridor," he said.

"The expansive footprint and open space design of 6 North Park Drive will allow us to execute a layout that emphasizes collaboration and communication."

Riddle said that the initial draws of the move included the area's walkable restaurants, shops, and amenities such as walking trails and a fitness center.

Details surrounding the lease pricing and duration were not immediately available.
