A victim was killed this afternoon in Owings Mills.Â
Just before 5 p.m., police found a male victim suffering from a gunshot wound in the 9400 block of Common Brook Rd., 21117. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. Detectives believe the victim was targeted.Â
Baltimore County Police Homicide Detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding this murder. Anyone with information should contact Detectives by calling 410-307-2020. Callers may remain anonymous.
