Best of Winner: Ashland Cafe
The local restaurant received 68 percent of the vote in Patch's "Best Of: Breakfast Spots" contest.
While the Cockeysville and North County areas have no shortage of tasty breakfast spots, Patch readers dubbed the best of the bunch.
"We've been doing breakfast for 36 years so we've had a little practice," said owner John Koutakes.
The restaurant, which secured 68 percent of the vote in Patch's contest , defeated it competitors by a considerable amount.

"We like to use fresh ingredients," Koutakes said. "The ambiennce is also cozy — has a family feel. That might make the food taste better."
