The Baltimore County Retired School Personnel Association Offer Six Scholarships
The Baltimore Retired School Personnel Association (BCRSPA) is accepting applications for five scholarships valued at $1500 each for high school seniors graduating in 2014. The Women Educators of Baltimore County (WEBCO) too offers a scholarship valued at $1500. These awards are none renewable. Deadline for application submissions is February 25, 2014.
