This appears to be another brazen attempt by the Obama administration to turn the normally more conservative suburbs into more liberal-leaning, government-dependent, Democratic voting suburbs by using taxpayer dollars to transplant ‘minorities’ into other so-called ‘segregated’ neighborhoods. As Wendy writes, this HUD program “provides HUD with the means to alter the population distribution of cities it deems to be segregated.” As usual, Obama only cares about the political benefits, not the damage he is causing.
