Cresa Baltimore Represents The QG (Quinntessential Gentleman) in Expansion to New Location in Hunt Valley, MD
Cresa Baltimore recently represented The QG in a 3,000-square-foot office/retail lease expansion to Executive Plaza in Hunt Valley.

Cresa Baltimore recently represented The QG (The Quinntessential Gentleman) in a 3,000-square-foot office/retail lease expansion at 11350 McCormick Road, Hunt Valley, MD. The QG will occupy the first floor of an 117,334 SF, 10-story building in Executive Plaza, a four-building complex totaling 517,104 SF. The move-in is slated for Q1 2017.
This is the second location for QG, which started on the forefront of the men’s grooming movement with the opening of its original upscale barbershop in 2005. QG has since evolved into an iconic shopping and social destination, providing luxury men’s and women’s wear, custom tailoring, a full spa, member’s lounges, and speakeasy style restaurant/bar.
Drew Peace and Scott Wingrat of Cresa Baltimore represented the tenant in the transaction. The landlord, Hill Management Services, Inc., was represented in-house by Ashley Zito.

According to Peace, the QG wanted to expand to an office park in a thriving suburb of Baltimore, where it would benefit from heavy traffic. Located directly off Route I-83, the QG is surrounded by hotels, large corporate neighbors, and multiple office parks. Peace said the QG provides a great amenity with unique services the landlord will be able to leverage.
“Over the past 11 years, QG has focused on providing accessible luxury to help our clients look and feel their best,” said Craig Martin, QG Owner. “The Executive Plaza offers the density of business and residential demographics we require and will continue exploring as our brand expands. Our new space will allow us to accomplish most of our current service and retail offerings all on one floor. We are looking forward to our first location expansion, while continuing to operate our downtown location as our flagship store.”
