I’ve got a long way to go, but in six weeks, I lost just shy of 6 pounds and more than 17 inches of flab. I feel great, and I look better, but most importantly, I’m finally putting myself back on the list, as they say, with no excuses as to why I can’t do it, why now isn’t a good time, etc.
