Community Update

We took our company van to ACT to get the door and front quarter panel fixed, repair was SUPPOSED to take two days. Because we can't be without the van (it is used to pick up clients), we scheduled it for our winter break (approx 12 days this year), and asked them to call us if there were any problems or if they needed anything. No calls. We stressed repeatedly to them that we needed this van by the end of break, and were told this would not be a problem.
On our return, we were told the van was not ready, they would like to have the claim number (we were paying for the repair ourselves), it might be ready the next day, they weren't sure. ?!?!?
This ridiculous run around went on for OVER A WEEK! Cost us $400 dollars in rental car fees (we had to pick up our clients), and we had to initiate almost every phone call. Customer service was crap, their one meager attempt to apologize was a 10% discount (not even close to covering the rental car fees). I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY VEHICLE THERE AGAIN.
You guys blew a repeat customer, and all our referral business through the 100+ families we serve.
