Tadasana in every pose!

We’ll begin with Mountain Pose (Tadasana…standing up straight in alignment by using the muscles and support of the entire body!)

Then you will take the principals learned and apply to Uttanasana (forward bend), Ustrasana (Camel…backbend from knees), High Plank, Dandasana (seated) and Ukatasana (Chair).

With the insights learned YOU will then expand…move the feet apart and keep the primary focus of Finding Tadasana in all of the poses practiced.
