Family Meditation Workshop & Decorating a Peace Tree

Join us for this family meditation workshop that will explore topics to create a happy, harmonious life. A peaceful family is a happy family! Class includes a short meditation, a teaching, family discussion, art projects, and social time with other parents.

Holidays are a time when we should be relaxing with our family, but so often we end up running around buying more stuff! This workshop is an opporunity for families to learn how to meditate together while still engaging in the holiday spirit.

The workshop will include time for parents and kids to meditate together, as well as a time when parents can be on their own while kids to crafts and read stories. The focus of this workshop will be generosity, kindness, and sharing.
