Federal Emergency Loans Available to Equine Buinesses
The loans can be made to those who operate land in counties that have been declared disaster areas and neighboring counties.

The Farm Service Agency, a branch of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, is now offering loan assistance to equine businesses affected by disasters.
Operations that breed, sell or raise specific types of horses are eligible for the Farm Service Agency's emergency loan program, according to a news release from the federal organization. The loans can be used to replace necessary property, pay for living expenses and more.
Businesses that operate in counties determined to be disaster areas or contigious counties can receive the loans.
