Found: Scared Shih Tzu on Beaver Dam Road

“Found lost dog standing in the snow on side of Beaver Dam rd, directly across from the entrance to Oregon Ridge Park. Small, male, black and white, no collar, very scared when we approached him. Would not let us get too close, growling, barking, etc. We do not have him. As of 11:50am, another car stopped with dog food and water to try and help.
