GBMC's 15th Annual Legacy Chase

2015 is a celebratory year for GBMC HealthCare Inc., as it celebrates its 50th anniversary, as well as the 15th anniversary of the annual Legacy Chase at Shawan Downs. The first-class event of exciting steeplechase races is a time-honored tradition in Maryland, full of family-friendly fun. More than 7,000 fans from around the region attend each year to experience the thrill of the races and enjoy the picturesque countryside. The 15th annual Legacy Chase will celebrate GBMC cancer survivors, and proceeds will benefit oncology services at GBMC HealthCare to ensure a healthier future for all.

TIME: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

· 10:00 a.m. - Gates Open

· 12:00 p.m. - Opening Ceremonies

· 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. – Steeplechase Races

· 1:30 p.m. – Annual Kids Stick Pony Races

· 6:00 p.m. - Gate Close
