Gilchrist Named Great Place to Work for the Second Year in a Row

Gilchrist was certified as a great workplace by the independent analysts at Great Place to Work®. Gilchrist earned this credential based on extensive ratings provided by its employees in anonymous surveys. The certification process considered 436 employee surveys from across Gilchrist’s locations.

Great Place to Work, an independent research and consulting firm, evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included employee pride in the organization’s community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling their work has special meaning. Rankings are based on employees’ experiences, no matter who they are or what they do.

“Being a ‘Great Place to Work’ is an affirmation of our unique employee culture: one where employees find meaning in their work and have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the community,” said Cathy Hamel, President of Gilchrist. “Our employees clearly share a strong sense of pride about their work.”
