Hunt Valley Towne Centre Prepares for New Businesses

Greenberg Gibbons Commercial is in the process of making space for new businesses at the , according to company spokesman Tom Fitzpatrick.

The Owings Mills based commerical real estate developer has already cleared away the outdoor seating near the as part of the construction process.

Fitzpatrick said the company is currently in discussions with potential vendors who may occupy space at the shopping center.

"As soon as we have solidified plans, we'll notify the public," he said.

Some of Greenberg Gibbons' other properties include Westminster Crossing, the Annapolis Towne Centre at Parole and the Edgewater Village Center.
