Estimates were all over the place on Towson Patchโs Facebook page. Antero Pietila predicted a whopping 84 inches of snow, โgive or take,โ while Amy Mazer Fenton predicted a modest 3 inches.ย
Pete Repo Katsikides posted on Havre de Grace Patchโs Facebook page that he had his โblizzard fingers crossed.โ
On Bel Air Patchโs Facebook page, many overestimated snowfall totals of 10 inches or more. ย However, Bobby Weaver was the closest to being accurate with his prediction of a โsolid 7.5 inchesโ as was Tammy Cowman who predicted the same on Westminster Patchโs Facebook page.ย
The National Weather Service (NWS) recorded 8 inches in Westminster and 8.5 in Bel Air.
